MEET MATT

Matt and sport go way back. Playing Rugby League for his local club whilst still in the single digits, this Western Sydney born, North Narrabeen based Trainer kicked off a professional career with Penrith Panthers in 2001 and has never looked back. With a decade of personal training under his belt with reputable companies Virgin Active and Vision Personal Training, Matt’s personal interface with a cumulative client based of over 150 clients validates his experience by the sheer volume of people who have trained under his command.

Matt’s training philosophy is one that avoids unnecessary complexity and focusses on identifying real goals, in real time frames with realistic pre-requisites in relation to when you can move, how you prefer to move and what you are willing to commit from a nutrition perspective. A keen Cross Fitter, both as competitor and coach, Matt has been commended for his ability to deliver fast results without neglecting the time required to learn safe and effective lifting techniques. Add a boxing certification and impressive quals in Trigger Point Therapy to Matt’s repertoire of coaching accolades, and it’s clear to see a trainer who believes one (exercise) size does not fit all!

 
 

 
 

MEET KIM

With 18 years industry experience , Kim continues to display an affection for fitness that is fresh and full of genuine compassion. Her reputation as a trainer circulates the Northern Beaches regularly, continually commended as a sports professional who is 100% invested in her client both within their dedicated sessions, but equally during the times in-between.

With Kim as their coach, clients will gain access to an authentically experienced trainer that can only be achieved over time and extensive exposure to ongoing industry innovations. Kim’s knowledge of how to get the best out of the human body is second to none, authenticated by her own fitness journey that started as a keen sub 3.15-hour marathon runner into a Mum of two Pilates devotee. Her impressive extra curricular quals validate her commitment to ensure her programming is holistic, her diverse platforms of delivery validating her understanding of the changing consumption patterns of those pursing fitness within the current global climate.

Whether you are in pursuit of a specific rehab programme or keen to collaborate with others in a small group training scenario, Kim is a trainer who delivers investment that you will see and feel, from the inside out.
